Little Bamboo Chinese Restaurant in Belle Vernon

I love Little Bamboo and the staff there! I have been a customer over 15 years now and have never once had a bad meal. Their sushi is great quality and at affordable prices. So happy to have such a great restaurant in our area!

Presentation is everything with this place! We were just happy to find a non-fast food type establishment open late on a Sunday at this exit but Little Bamboo turned out to be as place I would come on my volition. I can't even remember what I ordered, crispy noodle something, but it was beautiful and delicious. They serve you crispy fried crunchy things while you wait - like corn chips at a Mexican restaurant - I'd pass on those, not very tastey, but it's a nice thought to go with the tea.

Love the chicken broccoli! They have the BEST pork fried rice! ♥️

No booze and over cooked good. Slow service. Had to get up and leave.

Great Asian food. There's many choices and it's all delicious. The restaurant is a nice cozy environment with very polite staff. They have very generous portions. I've never left Little Bamboo disappointed.

Well made chinese food. Most places are like eating a salt stick. This one seems to know what they are doing.

Fast option for a Asian meal or Sushi. Reasonably priced. Not overly flavored, or spicy.Free parking.

This restaurant is small and cosy with the ambiance only being spoiled by the large screen tv that dominates the seating area usually playing the various fare one expects at a sports bar not at what should be an upscale dinning experience.The waitstaff was attentive. The Chinese American style food is good. Our party had several dishes. We also ordered the sushi, sashimi and one roll combination. Beautifully prepared but the fish had an odd, dry and rubbery texture, (perhaps previously frozen or kept too long?) It was not distasteful but disappointing. Bottom line, try the American style Chinese dishes but expect middling Japanese fare.

Love this place!!! I have never had a bad experience in the 6+ yrs I've gone here. (They forgot my sweet & sour sauce once) other than that high quality food at a reasonable price. If you are craving Chinese or sushi this is a must have.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Ordered the food to go today for the first time. They had everything ready within 30 minutes. With what is going on right now, they had such a great system. The orders were on the table for the customers with their phone number on it to grab, pay, and go. Lady at the front table was friendly and sweet. The food was out of this world amazing! I would be so happy to order to go from them again. I do enjoy spending time in the restaurant when situations were allowed but was not at all disappointed with the to go service!!!

The most delicious chinese food I have ever had!!food presentation is beautiful also. The Staff here is very friendly and fast. Never went one second without something to drink like you usually do at restaurants. Nothing but amazing things to say about this place

The quality of the food is great here and the servings are huge! Well worth the price for the amount they serve you. I always have to ask for a container to take the rest of mine home. Staff is friendly and efficient. Nice place for a family night or a date night.

Hands down the best Chinese food I have ever eaten! Don't let the front of the building fool you, it's no stick in the wall joint. The inside is very clean and visually appealing. We were seated quickly and the waiter came to our service with some kind of crunchy chips and asked if we needed any help with the menu. The Hot and Sour soup was amazing as we're the egg rolls. Both of our meals were outstanding as well. Highly recommend the Mia Fun Special.

They always remember me and my family. The greeter at the door and front desk she always seems really nice and even talks to my kids all the time. The service is great and the food is just as good as well. This is my favorite Asian spots to eat at.

Sushi was poor quality and small portioned for the price. Rolls just fell apart when touched. One piece of sushi was the size of the top of my thumb, the tip down to the first knuckle

We came here for the first time after reading the great reviews, and we were more then pleased! We tried a few things and split them among us. Everything we had was better then similar dishes we had enjoyed elsewhere. We didn't expect to find such great food as we are only in town for a day and just traveling through. We are glad that we had the chance to stop by. On top of the food, the service was amazing. Everyone there was super nice and attentive.

Little Bamboo never disappoints. In fact as I type this I'm getting another craving for their sushi. I love the food here. I always order sushi and its always made fresh to order. Not sure how the other menu items are but the pink lady roll and wonton soup are great. As far as I'm concerned this is the only sushi/Asian restaurant I want to go to.

Recently started working in the area and was looking for good sushi. Found this place online and now I go here at least once a week. I'm a pretty plain Jane sushi eater, and normally just order Philly rolls and a tuna roll, but they always get it right here. I don't know if anyone else wrote this, but the pieces of fish here in the sushi are exceptionally large - something I really like and appreciate. Always makes me feel full. It's a no frills kinda place - don't go here for some fancy boujee stuff, just some good straight up raw fish.

Great atmosphere, excellent service and food. Wished we still lived nearby, I'd be there a lot more often! Can't think of better Chinese/Japanese food in the Mon Valley!

Best Tso’s chicken in the valley!Worth the price because you always get what you pay for!Tried the scallion pancakes and loved them. My kids both like this place after school for a treat!

Great lunch stop love their general tso white meat chicken

I am really sorry about that, but everything is on picture. Waiter called manager. Manager told “sorry about that, but when chief cut sushi, he has to wrap it in plastic”. After that she told to chief on mandarin language “be careful, you left plastic in the food”. That’s it.

My family wanted sushi so I stopped here to get some to take home. I should have stuck to my instincts and walked out due to not being familiar with the sushi selection on the menu. With the assistance of 2 employees I ordered 3 different kinds and was told they came with soup. Great! I wish I would of checked my bags before getting home because I would not of accepted what I got for almost $40. Horrible portions sizes and it was poorly put together. We love sushi and have had it at numerous restaurants and I would be ashamed to pass this off as acceptable!

Rude service as soon as we walked through the door. Food is too expensive to just taste like water and oil. Went there while on vacation and was highly disappointed with the whole experience.

They have the best made to order vegetable fried rice...perfect thing during the flu...lasts many days.

I love sushi. Only place for miles. I got the eel rolls, which I hadn't had in a while and they were good. The Chinese food there that I have had isn't bad either. I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu items.

We ordered for two the Pu Pu platter and for two the 🍣 sushi. Everything except the octopus sushi was amazing and filling. The octopus sushi was not a soft texture like everything else. It was too chewy for my palette.
